Aster 99 sand filter drain plug assembly. Its leaking from where the threaded rod enters the tank. The rod just spins, so I can't tighten the stopper. Can I tighten this from inside the tank? I see in the diagram that there is another nut, underneath the ring seal, which mine doesn't have (unless this sits inside the tank, then I cannot see it). Sorry about the image, please ignore it!
