The cover on my main drain says mod 07017-0741. I think it is an old Sta-Rite main drain. Will this Starguard work as a replacement cover. Sta-Rite cover is 8" with 7 1/2" screw hole distance. Thanks

Hi Jim - It does not look like this cover would work. We would suggest our Universal Retrofit Main Drain Cover which will work on all covers up to 10". Here is a Spec. Sheet on the Universal Main Drain kit which you may find helpful.

my pool dran cover is 8inches in diameter and my screw holes are 7&5/8. I need a new cover were do I start.

Hi, Ed. You can use the Paramount Gunite SDX Retrofit Main Drain Cover or the Paramount Vinyl SDX Retrofit Main Drain Cover as a replacement depending on your pool's surface type.
