The intake is the port directly in front of the WOW pump and the discharge is the port that is on top of the WOW pump,

Hi, You would need to the Total Dynamic Head (TDH) in order to find out the GPM using the Wow Pump Performance Curve.

Is the 1010031 and 1050031 the same pump? If not what is difference?

They are just different part numbers for the same pump.  The only difference is in how they were packaged; the 1050031 came in a nice printed box and the 1010031 comes in a plain box.
