I have a Hayward Bottom Drain with Ring SP-1048-B-1. Will the WGB 1048 ring and grate replace it?

Hello Frank. Hayward Drain Cover WGX1048E is the correct replacement for Hayward Bottom Drain with Ring SP-1048-B-1. The SP-1048- B-1 because obsolete with the enactment of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act on 12/19/2008.
