my pump is a Petair 350097 - does it atter if I replace it with a 350091. The seal is not tight

Hello Diane. The Pentair 350097 is the 1.0 HP SuperFlo High Performance Pump. The Pentair® Strainer Lid - 350091 OEM Replacement for SuperFlo® is compatible with the 350097. If the Strainer Lid seal is not tight, it is recommended that the O-ring - Pentair SuperFlo (357255) be replaced.
