You will have to remove the lid for the housing, remove the strainer "C" clip. Once you remove that clip the motor will separate from the pump housing.

i lost the screws that goes on the end of the pump to the ground wore, is this what I need?

This is one of eight screws that hold the pump cover to the pump housing. See this parts diagram - parts 9 and 13. I think the screw that you are looking for holds the grounding lug to the back of the motor. That screw is not listed in our diagram. I'd go to the local hardware store and buy a couple of screws that look like they would fit.
