The Back Board was not supplying the required voltage.

1. Read the INYOPOOL instructions on the video.
2. Check the PCB in your conroller matches the spec in the video.
3. Isolate the power before attempting to remove the PCB
4. Remove the PCB, disconnecting the the various leads, noting which wires go where.
5 Remove the new PCB form its packaging ensuring this matches the one to be replaced.
6. Bolt the new board in position and attach all wires.
7 Switch the power.
8. confirm the voltage is correct
9. Close up the controls box.

This is an easy replacement which took me 15-20 minutes .
The PCB arrived on time after ordering.
