Pressure Switch 2 PSI - R0013200
the display does not show any flow of water and the display does not show anything but there is water going thru the heater could this be the problem
Reply
Hi Vince it is possible that this could be the issue as this is one of the most common parts in pool heaters to go bad. It may also be the case that your flow through the heater is lower than 2 PSI as this is the pressure required to activate the switch.

The code FL4 comes on and will go away after turning pump on and off or by just letting the heater cycle 2 or 3 times. Heater will go into display mode and display FL4 if after 3 times it does not cycle on. I can repeat steps above and it may come on line, it may not. Could this be the pressure/flow switch.
Thank you
Peter

Hi Peter, The "FL4" error code in the Lite 2 LJ Troubleshooting Guide refers to a bad Igniter (R0367100).

I need to replace our pressure switch,on our LD250N. how do I select the correct one, with the correct PSI setting?

There should be a model number on a sticker on the pressure switch that you are looking to replace. I would verify this information against the alternate part numbers listed for that switch for confirmation.

Less than 1 hr
Box end wrench and a adjustable wrench.
While cleaning the basket to my pump I forgot to shut off the heater and the pressure switch got over heated. So I sent an email to Hector who confirmed that Inyo Pools had the part. When I received it I took the old one off and installed the new one. Then I turned on the heater and confirmed that it worked just like the old one.

The item was not the exact same as the picture but an updated version with an adjustable psi. Placed in heater and is fine.
