I have Pentair Triton II TR 30" Fiberglass Sand Filter TR100 140210

This lateral 152202 is the correct replacement lateral for the Pentair Triton II TR 30" Fiberglass Sand Filter TR100 140210 built after 1985. The TR100 uses 8 laterals.

After chatting with an INYO pool rep, I was told that I needed laterals which are located at the bottom of my sand filter. I would need make, model, and serial number from the filter to make a proper repair.
I could not find the model number on my sand filter, so I messaged INYO pools support people. I gave them as much info as I could find, make, and tank number. I had a response within 2 days telling me that my model was a TR 100 and they gave me the part number and quantity of laterals I needed to fix the problem.
I ordered what they recommended and they came in promptly so I could make the repair. I opened the top of the tank, vacuumed out all the sand and water and installed the laterals.
Then I filled the filter 1/2 full of water and put in the 600 pounds of sand. Reinstalled the cover and started the pump. Works perfectly!! No sand anymore!!
And I must say that INYO pools support personnel were accurate and correct as to model number and lateral part and quantity. I will definitely be using INYO pools for any future parts and/or assistance I may need in maintaining my swimming pool and spa.
