Inlet/Outlet Header, Raypak 185/207A/206A/R185A/R185B, Capron
I have a leak between the inlet & outlet from what appears to be a flush mounted plug on the outside. Is this replaceable or do you have to replace the whole unit. Part #11 in the diagram.

Hi, The Drain Plug (006721F) will be the part that you'll need to replace based on the description provided.

Hi Aple, I would recommend getting the Complete Inlet/Outlet (006827F), it will resolve all your issues.

Water is leaking from the unitherm plug cap. I see from the pics that there are threads. What do I use to unscrew it to replace it?

Hi. There is not a special tool needed for removing the Unitherm Governor Plug 006720F.

Hello,
I only need the plastic plug with the square adjustment slot that goes into the top of the inlet opening. I think it is called a header plug, but the only ones I see anywhere are metal and not plastic. The one I broke was black plastic. Can I buy this? Does it have a part number??
Thanks

Hi, Sean. There is not a replacement plastic plug that is available. You will have to use the Pressure Relief Valve (125PSI) - 008091F.

Looking at the picture of the "Inlet/outlet Header, Plastic (006706f)" on your website. In between the inlet and the outlet you can see what looks like a flush plug. (I am not referring to the drain on the bottom.) I see another question about this same item and the answer was that you need the drain plug. Will a drain plug fit here as well? Can I remove this from the outside or will I have to remove the header? A plug will be a lot cheaper than a new $200 header.

Hi, Ric. The exploded view that shows the replacement parts does not show any other plugs. There is a plug that holds the place of the optional Pressure Relief Valve - 008091F. The replacement plug is not sold as a separate part.
