Hi, The Ballast Float allows the cleaner to maneuver up the walls of the pool and keep the unit from tipping over.

Having trouble with the ballast coming off during use. It just slides on, what are my options?Thanks

Hello, the float normally screws into the feed mast, if this is not apparent on the feed mast then this needs to be replaced to keep the ballast float on.
