I have purchased a D>E> cleaner, do I have to disassemble the filter to clean the tubes?

John, If you have a large enough bucket or compartment to place the entire Tube Nest into to soak, then you don't have to disassemble unit to clean.

im getting the de back in to pool it seams to be by passing the filter is there something I can do about this?

My filter fingers are 13 inches in length what nest should I be looking for?

Hi Mike the fingers on this nest are 13.5" long so I believe this is one you need, but to be certain could you email us the model # of your filter which should be on a label located on the side of your filter tank.

What is the cause of quick buildup of pressure once filter is turned on? I have had flex tubing cleaned and still have the issue.

Hi Jack, The flex tube could be old not allowing the water to flow through the unit.
