the tablets in my tower are very slow to dissolve and the controller is set to maximum. Could the regulator be defective? or is there a possible problem in the bottom of the tower?

Mike, If this is the chlorinator that you have, there's a screen on the bottom that elevates the tablets so that it's not blocking the check valve. If that screen is missing that will prevent water flow causing your problem.

My feeder keeps getting low on water. What can be causing this? I have all pentair equipment and this is the only thing I have problems with.
Thanks

Hi John, I would recommend that you cleaning your filter, check the tubing along with the Control Valve.

I have a pentair 320 online chlorinator but the tablets don't seem to be dissolving
I bought the elbow ball part but the tablets still seem to be the same for 2 days
Do I need a new chlorinator ?

Hi Cydney, before closing the lid of your chlorinator make sure it is filled with water, you can do this by turning your pump on while the chlorinator lid is off. Once the chamber gets filled about half way then start tightening down the lid of the chlorinator. Let us know if this fixes your issue.

i have a 320 inline chlorinator. it is old and i think all clogged up, so i would just like to replace the entire unit. Can i replace everything except the bottom pvc which is glued into my piping already? if so, how do i do that?

Hi Rob, You will first have to remove the Lock Screw and the Elbow from the Tee. Once that is completed unscrew the body the tee, then screw on the new body. Follow the same steps with the new chlorinator.
