I am trying to replace my leaf bag but I cannot tell how the original comes off it looks like it needs to be cut from where it attaches to the unit. The "polairs written on the original bag looks like it is connected". What am I missing? Thanks for your help.

Brenda, can you please provide the model number of the cleaner you are working with as well as the serial number?
