Pros: quiet and efficient
Cons: pricey
This fully programmable fan cooled pump is an outstanding choice for any pool owner that is looking for quietness and efficiency. I set mine up to run 2 hours @2800 RPM to run my pool cleaner and then 6 hours @1100 RPM. It is almost silent at the low speed, only draws 140 watts of power and the pool stays crystal clear. Installed in combination with the Hayward Aquarite 40K salt chlorine generator my pool is almost self sufficient.
