The W042232 is the vessel only. It does not come with the power center or cartridges. If you need the cartridges, you can find them here.

Do you glue the assembly to the 2 inch PVC? What are the 2 blue connectors in the picture for?

The two blue connectors, or couplings, are glued to the PVC plumbing. The couplings are threaded and attach to the bottom of the DuoClear unit.
