If you are replacing the original motor that came with the pump then you would be using the model UST1102 and the standard seal kit is the GOKIT3. The salt water version is the GOKIT3SALT.

Hello, the service factor on this motor is 1.1 making the motor total horsepower 1.1 as well. When replacing a pool motor we do suggest a Seal Kit. Could you send us a few photos of your pump so we can suggest the proper seal kit? If so then please take a wide shot of the complete pump to include the pipes going in and out of the pump. Hello Narciso. The Hayward Pool Products 1 HP Max Rate Motor model SPX1607Z1M is a compatible replacement motor for the Hayward Motor model SP-1607-Z1-M. The Century Motors 1.0 HP Up Rate Motor model UST1102 is also a compatible motor replacement for the Hayward Motor model SP-1607-Z1-M but at substantial savings.
