My tiger shark was used for one summer. The cleaner submerges and moves 5-6 inches then stops working. I do not see the propeller moving. Upon inspection it is not damaged . What else could be wrong ?

Hi Wendy, It could be the power supply, cable or the motor. I would recommend contacting Hayward at 908-355-7995 to troubleshoot your unit to confirm what exactly is wrong.
