Product Description

Hayward® Pool Vac XL – W32025ADC
Suction-Side Inground Pool Cleaner with AquaPilot® Technology
✅ Connects to Existing Suction Line – No Booster Pump Required
⚠️ For Use with Inground Pools Only
➡️ Systematic Cleaning Pattern for Complete Coverage

The Hayward® Pool Vac XL is an advanced suction-side pool cleaner that connects to your existing filtration system to provide thorough cleaning with minimal effort. Powered by Hayward’s exclusive AquaPilot® steering, it moves in a preset series of turns, ensuring consistent and complete coverage of the pool floor and walls—unlike random-pattern cleaners.

Key Features:
• Powered by your pool’s existing pump and filter – no extra booster pump needed
• Systematic cleaning path for effective debris removal
• Quiet operation and low maintenance
• Debris is sent directly to your skimmer or suction port – no bags to empty
• Designed for all inground pool surfaces

Model: W32025ADC
Type: Suction-side cleaner
Pool Type: Inground
Surface Compatibility: Vinyl, gunite, fiberglass, and more

When paired with other components in the Totally Hayward® System, the Pool Vac XL becomes part of an integrated equipment solution designed for ease of use, energy efficiency, and maximum pool cleanliness.

Disclaimer: This is a genuine Hayward® product. For best performance, always install and maintain according to Hayward’s official instructions. Compatibility and performance may vary depending on pool shape, plumbing, and pump strength.

Add a leaf canister to your Hayward pool cleaner so debris does not collect in your pump basket. The leaf canister fits between 2 sections of the pool cleaners hose, debris is now collected in the leaf canister rather than your pump basket.

Q: What is the difference between the Hayward Pool Vac and the Hayward Navigator?

A: The only difference between the Pool Vac and the Navigator is the shape of the head of the cleaner. The head of the Navigator is square or flat and the Pool Vac is more rounded. Both cleaners use the exact same internal compnents and the same hose, so if you ever need to replace parts in the future the parts for both cleaners would be the same. Some people say the rounded design on the Pool Vac performs a little better in the corners of the pool.

My Pool Vac XL can't make it out of the deep end of my pool. Any idea why?
 Reply

A  Answered on 9/12/2014 by InyoPools Product Specialist Patrick P.

Please make sure when installing the cleaner to have adequate lengths of hose. The hose should reach from the skimmer or vac lock to the furthest point in the pool, plus TWO extra hose sections.

I have a Hayward Pool Vac XL and the cleaner does not climb the walls? Why?
 Reply

A  Answered on 9/12/2014 by InyoPools Product Specialist Patrick P.

There are a few reasons why this may be happening. FIrst of all the shoes on the cleaner may not be correct for the surface type. Please call 908-355-7995 for the correct shoes for your application. Another reason may be worn shoes or wings. The hose may be too short. There is also a adjustment for the rear flap. Please double check all of these possibilities.
