Product Description

PURELINE DENALI ABOVE GROUND POOL COVERS
The PureLine Denali Series is our entry level cover and has the strength and durability of covers costing twice as much. Rugged polyethylene scrim and coating means this cover can withstand winter's worst. PureLine covers are U.V. protected so they will last for years in direct sunlight. The cover's black underside retards algae growth and heat sealed seams means a crystal clear pool next spring.

The Denali cover is held secure on your pool with a heavy duty vinyl coated cable and tightener that is anchored by rip proof metal grommets. This cover is backed by an 8 year warranty (1 year full rated) and is navy blue with a black underside.

STRONG, LONG-LASTING WOVEN STRANDS
The strength of a winter cover determined by the weight, or "denier", of the individual stands. PureLine strands are 50% stronger than the competition.

NO MORE ALGAE GROWTH!
PureLine covers are constructed of an extremely tight weave fabric that does not allow light to pass through. Without sunlight, algae cannot grow!

What is the difference between the above ground mesh winter covers and the Arctic armor solid winter covers? Do I need to have air pillows for both?
 Reply

The difference between the standard Arctic Armor above ground winter covers and the mesh winter covers is that the mesh covers allow water to drain through the cover and the standard covers do not. You would need to pump the water off of the solid cover to prevent the water from freezing and damaging the cover. Air pillows can be used with either of these covers.

I have an above ground pool with a wood deck completely around it. I tried an above ground pool winter cover recently but I didn't have enough space in between the pool and the deck. Do you have any suggestions?

As long as you have enough space all around the deck, you can opt to use an in ground pool winter cover or safety cover. A standard pool winter cover can be held in place with waster tubes or bungee cord.  You will need at least 3 feet around the deck to install the anchors if you opt to go with the safety cover as well as wooden deck anchors.

Can a safety cover be used on an above ground pool?
 Reply

In order to use a safety cover for an above ground pool, you will need at least 2-3 feet of decking on all sides. If you do not have a deck, the only option would be the standard 30' above ground pool cover which uses a cable and winch system. Unfortunately, a standard above ground winter pool cover is not considered a safety cover.

Winter cover blows up and down on really windy days

Written on 8/1/2023 by Guest

Went to the store and bought about 8 tent stakes. drove them into the ground about 3 ft from the pool and ran a strong string from the first stake through cover grommets to the next stake across the front side of the pool. then tied the other side to the under side of the pool deck. now only the center of the cover blows up and does not ride up and down the side of the pool

Old pool cover worn out so I used this product last fall. I like the fit and thickness of the material.
