my motor burnt out , I took it apart and found the commutater had rust on it, the bairings were good, the run capacitor is no longer used 628308-407.what do you use now? should I buy another motor?

Hi, Patrick. You can see if you can locate one from another source. If not then you will have to replace the entire motor.

I have a Century Centurion F56AA37A01 pump with a bad capacitor. The capacitor is a C65R, model 2523057, 30MFD, 440VAC, 50/60HZ, which is apparently obsolete. What is the replacement capacitor?

Being that this model capacitor is no longer manufactured, you would need to try to locate another at maybe a local motor parts store or you will need to replace the entire motor.

A good replacement for 628308-407 is Jard 12741 - Replaced mine over a year ago, still going strong !
