Hayward Super Pump Variable Speed Motor Upgrade Kit
This upgrade kit will convert a Hayward Super Pump into a 2.2HP variable speed pump. We've packaged the correct sized impeller to ensure maximum efficiency and a heavy-duty shaft seal for ultimate durability.

I currently have a 1 hp Hayward super pump and is leaking. Can this work and be a great treplacement.

You could use this kit to upgrade your 1HP Hayward Super Pump. This would be a great option. You'd be able to generate more flow and lower the RPMs to save on energy consumption.
