I am currently having issues with the drain threads on my triton 2 filter tank w/ leakage. The 3/4" threads are somewhat stripped. The tank wall is approximately 3/8. I'm thinking that this might be a great way to stop leak. We are only dealing with 15-25 psi. If not what other options might you recommend?

Chip, This plug would not work since the filter is under a lot of pressure when the pump is running. If the threads are damaged, you can try using some teflon tape or a flexible silicone sealant. If neither of those work, the tank will need to be replaced.
