Can the ports be rotated in this Iron Might pump?

Per the manufacturer, the ports on the 3410030-1E Iron Might Pump can be rotated 90 degrees to the left or right.

Can this pump sit outside in the weather or does it need to be inside an enclosure protected from the elements?

How high can this pump push water.Drain to the pump 4 Feet up. Why does the details say 1/8th horse power but it also says 1/15hp

I am not sure why it says that on our site, it is 1/15HP, I will have to have IT change that. It appears that it use to be a 1/8HP and now is 1/15HP.
