Mine worked for about 2 times and now it doesn't move or suction. Complete garbage. Waste of 150 bucks. Not happy at all.Reply

Lil Shark - See our guides on "How To Maintain a Pentair Lil Shark AG Pool Cleaner" and "How To Replace a Pentair Lil Shark AG Pool Cleaner Oscillator" for possible fixes. Also, you may have a low water pressure problem. See our guide on "How to Correct Low Water Pressure in Your Pool System". A clogged pump impeller is a common problem.Reply

Ks - The Flow Director replaces the nozzle on your pool input return port so that you can direct the water flow downward. Not all return ports are adaptable.Reply

fullcount13 - A skimmer plate should work as long as it and the hose connection are placed below the surface of the water. Otherwise the hose will be sucking air into the system. And no, you don't have to have a return hose jet but they do increase pool circulation.Reply

When we moved into our house, the people that were here left the cleaner head for the pool but I'm not sure they left all the parts to it. If I have one of the attachments that the hose hooks to and seals down over the entire opening of the skimmer will this work instead of using the cone at the bottom of the skimmer? And two, I don't think I have the part that directs the jet of water coming out of the return either. Will this be necessary to run the vacuum? Thanks for your help

attaching cleaner - Yes you can attach your cleaner directly to the pump. It's no different than coming through the skimmer pressure wise. You could put a "T" fitting on the line to your pump with a ball valve to shut the "T" off when you didn't want to use the cleaner.Reply

My pool doesn't have a place to attach the hose in the skimmer area. Can I attach it directly to the pump?Reply
