The manual says that a diverter valve can be installed for vacuuming to waste during heavy spring clean up or pulling rain water out of the pool. Where would it be installed? Do you sell this valve?

Yes we do carry this diverter valve which you may view or purchase through this link http://www.inyopools.com/Products/07501352023400.htm This valve has 3 ports on it, the valve would screw into the disharge side of your pump and you can have the handle turned so the return water goes through your filter or you can turn the valve in the opposite direction so the dirty water goes to waste and bypasses your filter, this is very helpful when vacuuming or for heavy spring clean up.

I am replacing a Check Valve in A Hayward EC40C Pool Filter. After taking it apart I found a Clear Hard Plastic Washer in the Filter Tank. I can't figure out where it goes back into or to. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Frank

Hi. That is the Flow Controller - ECX1055, it is placed inside of the check valve.

Can not get the pump pressure down. Starts out fine ,in a hour it goes to 20. I bump it and then in about 45 mins. it back up to 20. Now I noticed the strainer basket is not full , It has a large bubble in it rotating. THANKS

Most often this is due to large amounts of dirt or bi-product from the pool clogging the filter. Or in some cases the filter fingers needing to be replaced or deep cleaned.

we bought a new Hayward EC40C92S Perflex 1 HP D.E. Filter Pump System but do not know where the one plastic ring goes? Is there a site that shows how to put this new system together?

Hi, Kim. Assembling instructions are available in the Hayward Filters Perflex Manual. Also, if you can reply with a picture of the ring, I can advise you on where it goes.
