my diverter is a "DIV-20" is there a generic? How much?

Edwin, There is not a generic diverter assy that will replace your DIV-20, you will need to replace it with the Diverter Assy (270056) or the Diverter Assy (270094) depending on what size valve you have.

What is the purpose and location for the RED PLUG? I have a grey Jandy and wish to replace the diverter to a NEVER LUBE type in the existing grey housing.

Bob, The purpose and location of the red plug on a Jandy valve is to cap off the grease cap for the non-positive valve if you're going to use the never lube diverter. You can replace your current non-positive diverter with the never lube diverter assy.

Will this fit with the grid controls v3000? A inyopools rep tagged this part as a compatible part but it's not referenced on the details.

Jody, This will only fit the Jandy and HydroSeal valves. Unfortunately, this will not fit your application.

I need a repair kit for a 3-port 1-1/2" Jandy valve. The valve is marked SPACE SAVER JANDY VALVE and the only number on it is a patent #4,601.307 Will your kit work for me?

Hello Chuck, There would be a part number on the unit of the diverter.  There is a parts breakdown Jandy Standard & Never Lube Valve Parts if you need any replacement parts.

My pump was sucking in a lot of air.

It was an easy job to replace my diverter valve and gaskets. I just removed the six screws and replaced the old valve. No more bubbles. I’m very happy!!

Our spa was leaking back into the pool

1. I searched the problem on Inyo's website. Comments and video's I found there directed me to a solution. The divertor assembly in the control valve was worn and leaking.
2. Ordered the generic replacement from Inyo- it arrived on time and as-described. Followed the video installation instructions without a hitch. I do suggest taking pictures of the assembly and insert position as you dissasemble the valve- makes re-assembly a breeze.
3. Spa water level is now stable- mission accomplished!
