Forced to replace the topside controller on a 3 year old Dreammaker Oydessy. This controller along with the separately sold sticker solved the problem (that shouldn't have existed in the first place). Happy to see that the replacement was far more waterproof than original. Saved $$$$ buying from INYO.

Have to replace this part every 2 years due to humidity because the lid for the hottub traps the moisture

Pros: Customer service

Awesome upgrade and this fixes the design flaw causing all of my issues. We did experience a shipping mistake where the part was delivered to another address. I was alerted by a representative of the company, Ian, and he proactively resolved the issue. I was impressed by that level of customer service. Thanks again.

Cons: none

This original replacement part was easy to install and is an improved version of the old one. The cord no longer plugs into the controller. It is now wired directly to the circuit board, reducing the opportunity for moisture to degrade the unit.
