Hi, Gerald. Unfortunately, this Filter Head will not fit the Micro-Clear DE3600 model.

Will this also fit the older version bottom with the 3 metal clamp style? My unit is is part #DE3620

This clamp will not work with the older Hayward Micro Clear D.E. filter series but will work with the model DE3620 Permagrid current series D.E.filter.
