Hi Tom, If you have the SPX4000DLT, you will need the T-Ring (SPX4000TS).

I need a replacement strainer cover gasket for a Hayward NorthStar SP 4000ZL1 it is prior to 2008 around 2003

Hi, Bob. The CX400G O-ring are used with the models prior to 2003. If you can provide the p/n off of the cover you have we can locate the correct o-ring.

I have a Hayward NorthStar pump - SP4010X152NS. I need a new o ring for the strainer cover and just wanted to make sure that the 2008 to current is the correct one to buy. Please advise.

Hi Kate, The lid o-ring varies based on the year of the pump. Do you know approximately when the pump was installed? Could you send us a few photos of the lid? Gents,
i have the SP4010X15NS,and the lid has the mark SP4000T. Now, I already have the T ring on it brand new, but around the edge of the pump, i can see that an O ring can go there. What other O rings can i try for this version?

The SP4010X15NS confirms to be one of the Hayward NorthStar SP4000 Series Pump (1998-2007) The O-ring, Cover - 367 is for pump prior to 2003 and the T-Ring, Strainer Cover - SPX4000TS is for 2003 to current pump models.
