This product replaces the Baker Weir, model number 51B1055. The original weir had a separate rod the replacement has a spring type rod built into the weir. This weir has been replaced by Part # 4010-27

Pros: Price
Cons: It sticks shutting off water to the skimmer.
Since they no longer make the exact skimmer flap I had to order this one. The price is great. The only problem I've encountered is this flap sticks occasionally allowing the skimmer to suck almost dry. Not good for the pump...

These fit great in my skimmer. Not sure what the difference was between the part that costs about $10 more and looks identical with different part number. actual dimensions were 9-1/4" wide by 6-3/4" tall and fit very well. The spring loaded pins are an extra plus so I can remove them when needed - like to clean skimmer inside when needed. Appears to be an aftermarket with label on the bag, but works great in my skimmer.
