This weir is a new style replacement for Baker Hydro and Purex skimmers

I still have BH skimmer in use from a 1990 pool installation. It's working fine except for the plastic pin that allows the weir to to open and close with the operation of the circulating pump. The tips of the pin have been "bent" from the removal and re-installation during cleaning through the years. Hence, it fails to open consistently. Do you still have replacement pins? Or should I find something locally to replace it? The weir is ~9 1/8" wide. Thanks for your assistance, JJK

That would be what we have for baker hydro skimmer weirs and that looks like it is going to be a little wide for what you are looking for. You might want to start locally first so you can bring your old weir into the store to compare with the new one.

does this model 4010-27 have foam, the one I have measured 9 1/8 x 6 3/4 will this fit the one I referenced

Saw to remove old weir pin
Existing weir took me 30 minutes of fighting with it before I decided to just cut the solid pin holding it in. Once the old pin was cut it literally took 30 seconds to install the new one. I see why the new weirs have the pins accessible from the back after fighting with my old one that had 1 long continuous pin.
The replacment was super easy after making the decision to cut the old weir pin rather than trying to remove it intact. After dry fitting the new weir to ensure it was a match I got the saw out and didn't look back!

Used this to replace the skimmer weir on a Baker Hydro skimmer (circa 1988), which used a solid plastic rod going the full width of the weir to hold it in the skimmer throat. My old weir measured 9-1/8" wide, and this weir fits perfectly. The pins on this one will fit in the holes where the full-length rod fit. So don't be afraid to order this if your Baker Hydro weir is 9-1/8" wide, and this one says it's 9-5/16" wide. It fits perfectly.

I tried buying a replacement from my local pool supply store (Lesxxx's). The product I bought was not the right size. They then ordered the correct size, but said that could never get a delivery. Thank you for fulfilling my need within 5 days.
