Low gas pressure................................ Adjust gas pressure. Restricted pilot..................................... Clean pilot. Weak pilot generator............................ Replace pilot.

Is this compatible with Raypak RP2100 Model P-R335A-EN
It looks to me like it is the correct part.

Will this fit the Raypak 406A? My pilot lights up but it is not registering. Get error Pilot light not sensed.

Yes, the Pilot Assembly Natural Or Propane, IID - 002003F is for the 406A models with electronic ignitors not, the Millivolt types. The Pilot Outage calls to Adjust gas pressure (too low), the Pilot could be restricted to Clean pilot, or Weak pilot generator to replace pilot.
