Is this an Intellichlor OEM part for the IC 40? We were sold an aftermarket part recently that simply didn't fit, yet the store owner insisted it's the right part. Really?

I want/need a replacement O Ring for Compupool 45 cell. The company I bought this filter from sent me an O ring that is 2 5/8 diameter 1/8” thick. It’s just a little bit small. The company is Australian, so their specifications may be measured differently. Do you have any that might fit my salt cell?

Hey Allison,Compupool was an Australian company. So you shouldn't have had an issue there. Maybe you just received the wrong replacement oring? O-ring between the Pentair Challenger and impeller housing. Gotta replace it when replacing the strainer pot.
