Is this handle interchangeable with the older Horizon HV-1 solar reel? My manual lists part # 2003 as the handle.

The Horizon HV-1 #2003 hand wheel has been replaced with the newer hand wheel mfg #2015 which is our part # 6383-16.

No, they are two different parts and are not compatible.

Hi. This Hand Crank will fit the HV-10 unit. It is not available in white.

Orginal handle on solar cover reel was a wheel. After several years it broke.

Simply remove screw in center of old handle. New handle is a crank style which fits perfectly over hub. Put crank on hub and replace screw and you are done. Handle is much easier to use than the old wheel style.
