The dimension of your "O" ring is as mine but the collar and the nut are different dimensions . I have a Jandy Stealth SHPF2.0 serial number J06FI6419 and the inside measurement of the nut to the threads is 3 7/8" and the outside measurement of the collar flange where the "0" ring is located is 3 3/4" . Will your components fit my pump ? I am concerned because I had a very hard time getting a new collar and nut for my Jandy Filter . Thanks for your time , Bob .

Do you have the connector/coupling to connect the sch40 pvc pipe to the outside of this union? Pipe O D is 2.375"

Mike, This is a 2"" SLIP x 2-1/2"" SPG meaning that 2" pvc would fit inside of the tail piece and 2.5" pvc would fit over the tail piece. When measuring pvc, you want to measure the inside diameter.

I have a Jandy SHPF 2.0. The shaft of the tail piece (on the top) has cracked, allowing water to leak out. I purchased a R0446102 kit but the tailpiece is too big. I ordered the other replacement unit, R0446101. This tail piece appear to be too small, smaller than the original part on the unit. I have not removed the original unit yet otherwise my system could not run. The smaller tail piece does work with my 2" piping, so that looks like it would be correct.

H, John. This Union Kit - R0446101 is the correct one for your model pump and pipe size. The 2" pipe slips inside and the 2-1/2" slips over the tailpiece.

I am having an issue with the union. It seems the threads on the pump discharge housing are a finer thread than a regular union. are there multiple type threads for this unit? thank you

Hi, Russell. This union kit is specifically for the Jandy Pump Body - R0445601. If you do not have that pump body, you will need to identify which one you have.
