For a color-changing LED light, how do I switch between the different settings with just a standard light switch?

The LED lights are designed to move to the next programmed setting each time you turn the switch on and off. This will toggle through the different color settings and shows.

What is the difference between the older version Intellibrite and the newer 5g version?

Hi, I currently have an American Products in ground pool light, model number R-300-BC, 12 volt, 300 watts.
Will this light replace the one that I currently have, without switching out the transformer, etc?

Mark, You can replace your old American Products with the Intellibrite 5g LED Pool Light, however a transformer is used to convert high voltage like 120v to low voltage 12v. If your current light is a 12v you can use the Intellibrite 5g LED 12v 30' Pool Light

Do the leds change color individually or are there rows of separate colors? I Have a kidney shape pool with one light fixture that throws a shadow with dim light. I need the most intensity and brightness possible. What do you recommend?

I have a pool that is 50 years old
I called pentair and they recommended the 601010 Color light
the tech was 85% certain it would fit in our pool
If it does not fit - will you take the product back and refund us in full?

If the Led Headlight Color Intellibrite 5G Pool 601010 burns the blue color, can be replaced or must buy the complete lamp, which piece should I buy ??

When the Pentair Intellibrite bulb goes bad then, unfortunately, the bulb is not replaceable so you will need a complete new Intellibrite light fixture. I like the PureLine Pure Colors Light Fixtures because if the bulb goes bad then the bulb is replaceable and it is a quick job and much less expensive then replacing the complete fixture.

Hi, Kim. Yes, it can. You will need to install a Pool Light Transformer and make sure that a 30 ft cable will be enough.

I need to replace a Pentair pool light, model number 78434100. Will this pool light fit in that existing niche? Are there color-changing light fixture options that are less than $600? Thanks for the info!

Hi Travis, yes this Pentair Intellibrite pool light can replace the Pentair Amerlite model 78434100. You can also use this J & J Colorsplash LED bulb in your current light fixture and convert it to a LED color changing light. You will also need to replace the lens gasket as well.

I would like to install this in my pool. The cuttout is 9.5 inches. It is hard to tell if this light will fit or not.
