Does the liner pad fit "as-is" or will it need to be cut accordingly?

You can do either. The pad is 3' x 5', so it can be used for most all of our steps. However, it does not exactly match the dimensions of all of our steps and therefore could be cut accordingly to the size you need.

The pad has a tendency to float. When placed in the pool it floats at the top of the water. When placed under the steps, the edges float up around the step. Is this normal for operation?

Since there is some air inside the pad, it will have a tendency to float. This will usually reduce after the pad has been in the water for a while.

I purchased the Wedding Cake steps. When I tried to install them today, the wall on the side of my pool is slanted up with sand underneath the liner causing issues. Will a step pad help this situation?

I do not think the step pad would do anything to remedy this, as the step pad is typically used to prevent chafing between the liner and bottom of the steps. I just spoke with Lumio, and they suggested trying to reposition the deck braces, as there is a small space that's designed to be in between the wall and the step.

How tall is the deluxe step pad?

This pool pad has no height to it, as it is a pad, like a sheet. The dimensions are 3'6" long by 5' wide. It is designed to be sandwiched in between the liner and the in-pool step or ladder, so it is very thin so as to not impede use of the steps or ladder.

Is it possible to get an in ground stairs for a pool that does not have a level landing? The pool is sloped toward the center and is round with a liner.

All of our stairs and ladders are made for level pools. While it is still possible to use our ladders and stairs they will not be as stable as if there was a level pool.
