I need a part for my Dolphin pool cleaner but I don't see it on the parts breakdown. Is there still a chance you may still have it?

The manufacturer which is Maytronics, does not offer all parts for sale. If you don't see a part on the breakdown you can give us a call. For parts that they do not consider "DIY (do it yourself), you will need to contact them and send in the cleaner for repair.

Does this part connect to the power supply and the cord that comes out of the pool cleaner? I broke the side that connects to the cord.

This is the piece that goes on the end of the cord that does connect to the power supply. It connects to the power supply and requires a 1.5mm x 50mm hex key or allen wrench for installation.

How many pins are supposed to be in that plug that plugs into the power source. Mine only has 2 but I see 4 holes. Can I get a new one or do I need to replace the entire cord?

Hi Mike, According to Maytronics this is an universal Amphenol Plug which can work with units that has 2-4 pins depending on the features on the cleaner and cord.

my dolphin would not work after 18 great years of service.

i found a broken wire on my Amphenol plug. i reatached it and still no work. i then checked the voltage at several locations and determined something more was wrong. i then ordered a new dolphin from Indypools. after ordering it i seen they had replacement parts for my old dolphin so i thought i would try a new plug. so easy to install and my old dolphin works great. i donated my old but still great working dolphin to a family member.

Were these instructions helpful?
