Hello Ron, the 9980630 is FRAME 2008 it would be a special order which would be 2-3 weeks.  Are there any other replacements you need?

One of the guide wheels on my Dolphin Nautilus broke and lost some of its bearings into the pool. Do I need to replace all four guide wheels at once (so they are of the same age/wear), or can I just replace the one? The bot seems to be working well otherwise and I wouldn't have known that anything was wrong with it if I had not found the bearings in the pool. I have since stopped using the bot though, until I can replace the Guide Wheel. Thanks.

Hi. It would be better to replace all of the bearings if you're able to or just the one that is bad.

Had a big drop of leaves and branches into my pool after a hail storm

Written on 6/4/2023 by Guest

After a severe hail storm, leaves and twigs were amply deposited in my pool to the depth of 6-12" of debris. After scooping a large amount with a pole and net I decided to let the Maytronics Dolpin finish the job. Boy was I wrong. The Dolphin robot was completely entangled with small twigs and branches. I retrieved the Dolpin out of the pool and began pulling out all the twigs and branches out of the robot, but I couldn't completely clear the device. I began to disassemble robot and when one side was detached, I noticed that both guide wheel bearings on one side were totally separated in two and missing ball bearings. I looked up online folks that had parts and ordered them from INYOPools. I received the parts in a much shorter time than initially stated and expected and had the Dolphin robot back in service with a minimal of actual down time far less than anticipated.

I had a diver coming and and retreaiving a bunch of the small steel bals, which we figured out to be form my robot Dolphin DL. I had to take it apart tp find out that both leading wheels snapped open and shedding the balls from the bearings. Wend on-line and luckily found inyopools web site that directed me to the manufacture. I ordered the parts througvh the Inyopools, thay cmae in a mail fast, ci fixed the robot. Now it's up and running again !
