We have a 9 year old Hayward Heatpro# HP20654T, and need the cable between circuit boards, or we might have to replace the whole thing( there are some stripped wires)

Easy install. Connector board is easily labeled to swap out old board with new. The only issue I had was figuring out that the jumper supplied with the board belongs on the board, otherwise you will receive an error code when attempting to start the pump. The jumper belongs on HT pins 3 and 4. Also, the new board had a ground connection. I used a wire and connector to attach to the board and the ground located on the pump body.

Pros: Fit as it should

This replacement part is wired slightly different than the original, it comes with a wiring harness that is impossible to connect incorrectly. The only problem I had, was there are no instructions and after you connect the simple wiring harness, there is still one single wire remaining and no way to know what to do with this. Also the module has a GRD connection which the original module did not have so there is no existing wire to connect this. My plan is to call Hayward and get information for these 2 questions.
