Generally speaking these impellers need to be threaded off of the shaft of the motor. You will need to hold the shaft steady to do so and you can hold that steady by using a wrench on the very back end of the shaft exposed at the rear of the motor under the electrical components. Here is a how to guide for replacing a motor which does have a portion showing how to remove the impeller.
