The 120/240 ac plug does not stay plugged in. It vibrates loose and the heater shuts off due to lack of power. I’ve already reordered the plug once and it worked for awhile and fails like the first plug. It’s very touchy and I have to work the plug for it to connect. How do I keep the plug secured from vibrating loose?

Hi, Dave. The Volt Plug snaps into and locks into that Plug on the Control Board. The Control Board is the issue since the plug is not staying in place.
