how hard is it to replace propeller only? is it easier to replace entire propeller and motor at same time?

The propeller is not hard to replace if you just to purchase the propeller.

I received the propeller from you, (thank you) can you tell me how to replace it? doesn't seem to be threaded to just screw on.
