This is a replacement Pac-Fab SkimClean Weir; includes plastic hinge, which snaps on to weir and the hinge screws onto the skimmer body. Package also includes foam.

Is there another skimmer door that I can use to replace this assembly which was damaged ? I don't care for the Styrofoam. It doesn't last.

A properly working Weir door is essential for your pool skimmer to work properly. Don't let anyone tell you anything different. The foam flotation materteral on my 20 year old skimmer Weir door eventually dissolved and the pieces of foam was just sucked down into the filter and disposed of. Eventually the Weir would not float and the filter skimmer suction was not enough to skim off the floating debris from my pool water. Rather than replacing the undamaged door I simply cut a new foam float from a Styrofoam cooler and inserted it into the slot on the Weir door. Works fine and it didn't cost me anything.
