This is a replacement weir for the Hayward Pool Skimmer models SP1094 and SP1099. And the Hayward Spa Skimmer models SP1094H and SP1095OM
I replaced my weir a couple years ago with a generitic one and it gets stuck in the skimmer and will cause the pool moter to loose its prime. So I want to put the correct Hayward weir in to prevent this reaccuring problem. pool is inground, with a vinly linerand about 20 years old, the only info. i have is the underside of the lid for the skimmer has a # SP-1085-1, SP-1085-2, Sp-1082 & SP-1084 is this enough info to tell you what the correct weir is for my skimmer? please advise

Hi Andrew, Does your weir door match these Weir Door Dimensions if so then you require the 4040-04 Weir Door

Pros: Good price and general fit/form
Cons: poor range of function
This skimmer door fits properly, but doesn't function well when the water level is relatively low... yet still above the skimmer. In other words, the water level is not low enough to ordinarily motivate one to add additional water. In fact at that level, the OEM skimmer door still continued to function properly.
