Sorry, This is the part i need to replace. How do you take off the old part to replace it with the new part? Our Kreepy Krawley is about 12 years old.

The head assembly is not the easiest part to replace but it can be done. The head is just pressed onto the drive tubes. You will have to muscle the old head off and press the new one on. We will email you a quote for the head assembly.

We need to replace the swivel head assembly on our kreepy krauly vac. The drive tubes seems to be glued into the old assembly, in order to replace that with the new assembly do we cut the tubes, and will the length of the cut tubes make any difference if they are a little bit shorter. Will we have to shorten the roller bumber strap if we shorten the tubes? Help

Hi Donna, I do not recommend cutting the tubes if you cut the tube then it will be too short for the bumper. The best way is to pull out the tubes from the swivel.

How does a person replace swivel cone & bearing, plus the bearing washer?

Hi Dave, the swivel cone and bearing snap-on to the head assembly - give them a gentle tug to get them apart- and the washer should slide on and off.  We have a video that shows how to assemble a Kreepy Krauly which may be of help.
