MAGNETEK / A.O. SMITH 1-83333-01 THIS IS A TWO-SPEED TOGGLE SWITCH KIT USED ON THE MAGNETEK LASER SERIES THRU BOLT MOTORS THIS IS A PLASTIC END COVER WITH A TOGGLE SWITCH MOUNTED IN IT. TOGGLE SWITCH HAS 2 WIRES WITH FLAG CONNECTORS AND 1 WIRE WITH A WIRE NUT ATTACHED TO IT. TOGGLE SWITCH POSITIONS ARE HI, LOW, AND CENTER OFF EXACTLY THE SAME ITEM AS 5004-23, BUT THAT ONE COMES FROM PENTAIR

Hi, The Toggle-two Spd Switch (18313301) can be used on the 1-1/2 HP 2 Speed 230V Thru Bolt Motor (BN34V1).

Will this switch on a waterway 2.5 horsepower pump. My toggle switch has broken off. Thanks for all of your help! The products I've purchased from you has always worked GREAT!

Hi Mike, This Switch can work on a certain Waterway pumps. However without know which model you have we're unable to confirm. If you can provide the model number or motor no. we can confirm.

Hi Vincent, This can work with the Waterway PH2150-6P model pump depending on the end cap that you have. This will not work if you have a switchless motor.

Pros: Higher quality than the orignal

Cons: Did not "exactly" mounting holes

Although the cover was heavier than the original, the fit was perfect. The switch was much heverier duty as well. The mounting did not line up exactly with new cover on - but 1/2 hour of modifiing the cover hole was all it took. Add was considerably cheaper than the dealer wanted to order it.

Pros: fits perfect

Cons: none

This cover fit perfectly on my Jacuzzi pump and the wiring for switch was exactly like my old cover. Will not have a chance to actually try out the switch until next spring/summer.
