1-1/2". Skt X 2" Slip Stub End Pipe Adapter Kit
I have the new bottom half of the Hayward pool filter DEX2404. The old one is cracked and needs replacement. I thought the hubs that connect to to pipes to the tank would be threaded but looking at the new tank they are not. How do the connect up? Glue? Pressure fit? Thanks in advance for your help.

What type of plastic are these made of ? Can you glue pvc pipe to them using regular pvc cement ?

Hi. These are made from pvc. Yes, you can glue pvc pipe to this using regular pvc cement.

I installed a new Purline Prime Variable speed,pump So I replace the piping goin to my filter, so I decided to replace the bulk head parts of the filter I purchased the stub end adaptor kit 4811-48, 2 ea. Bulkhead fitting 4811-47; and the bulkhead o rings 4811-46 It was quick and easy to do, all togeather about two hours No special tools required
