Cons: Why do they have to make it an allen key screw. Doesn't grip well when they're rusted and stuck.
As for quality, the screws on my old pump I was replacing were still intact after about 30 years of service. I would have used the old screws, but they were so seized up in the shaft of the pump, I couldn't get them out without destroying them.
